1. Damage/Complaintsreport

If you have suffered damage or have a complaint please complete and submit the damage report to us in writing, except in emergency situations. In emergency situation  and outside our opening hours, please check out relevant information on the notice boards inside your communal areas outside your apartment and contact the relevant companies.

Examples of emergency include:
  • No heating during winter times
  • Burst pipes
  • Considerable impairments due to heavy storms
  • Power cuts

In live endangering situations please call the emergency services first via phone: 112. Should you have been burgled, please contact the police immediately via phone: 110.
